At The Open Doors Initiative, we are committed to helping people from marginalised and underrepresented communities access meaningful employment and education. We support individuals, including refugees, asylum seekers and migrants, people with disabilities, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, Travellers & Roma, and people with a criminal history, through a range of tailored programs and resources. Whether you need skills training, mentorship, or job search support, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
