The Open Doors Initiative recently launched our 2025 annual report, chronicling the efforts of the ODI network to create opportunities for underrepresented individuals and increase inclusion in Irish workplaces.
The past year has been defined by rapidly changing political, social and economic landscapes, placing renewed emphasis on the role our organisation must play in shaping a fair and inclusive society. At Open Doors Initiative, we have continued to position our work at the intersection of equity, and corporate social responsibility, supporting participants who face barriers to employability while working alongsidebusinesses and government to drive meaningful, lasting change.

Through the combined work of the ODI network, we've reached over 39,900 engagements in 2025, through job skilling initiatives, training, internships, recruitment events, entrepreneurship support, scholarships, inclusive hiring and much more.
